Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you may contact us at cuddlyjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any return issues, you can contact us at any time at cuddlyjewelry@gmail.com. Restocking Fees Returned items will be subject to a $15 shipping fee. Damages and Problems Please check your order If an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact our reception immediately so we can assess the problem and rectify it. EXCHANGE The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted. Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
